His expertise was invaluable—helping us navigate the building consent process smoothly so we didn't have many questions from Council. As first-time renovators, we expected a challenging journey, but we had clear timelines, regular site meetings, and great communication so everything stayed on track. The team was professional, efficient, and proactive in discussing and solving any issues that came up. Our project was completed on time, in under 5 months. Pete has done a lot of work for us from building onto our bedroom for a walk in wardrobe, and work on our rental properties, to the most recent - total renewal of our kitchen which he project managed. Nothing was a problem and if it wasn’t for Pete the kitchen company would have been a nightmare to deal with because of their delays. He sorted all the tradesmen for us and did the building work required for the kitchen renovation. We would highly recommend Pete to anyone needing a builder.
