Pete the founder of Build Unlimited was invited by the main project contractor to bring his expertise to site manage the day to day operations for this architectural commercial fitout project, tasked with turning an old run down commercial building into a stunning, commercial award winning, showroom designed by Keshaw McArthur Architects for one of New Zealands top furniture designers, Simon James.
Pete co-ordinated everything onsite and collaborated with the architect, main contractor and their client, to ensure the finished showroom was the vision made reality by ensuring the highest of standards were maintained each step of the way, resulting in winning the 2023 NZIA Local Architecture – Commercial category award.
