We had a positive experience working with Pete and the Build Unlimited team on our villa renovation in Ponsonby. We started working with Pete once we had resource consent. His expertise was invaluable—helping us navigate the building consent process smoothly so we didn't have many questions from Council.

As first-time renovators, we expected a challenging journey, but we had clear timelines, regular site meetings, and great communication so everything stayed on track. The team was professional, efficient, and proactive in discussing and solving any issues that came up.

Our project was completed on time, in under 5 months. It was within budget and the high quality of work was impressive. Our home looks stunning. We would recommend Pete and his team to others and we would work with Build Unlimited again in the future.

Build Unlimited recently completed an architecturally designed bathroom renovation for us. We are extremely happy with the final result. The build quality and attention to detail was outstanding. The initial proposal was specific to our project, thoroughly and professionally presented therefore very convincing. Pete is an excellent communicator and project managed the entire project in a timely manner making the entire process hassle free. He kept a close eye on the project timeframe and associated costs.

Pete and his team at Build Unlimited have helped us with some work which was required at the last minute in our home, and done an exemplary job. Pete has managed the sub-contractors in an efficient and effective manner, leaving us with no concerns around the standard of work which was completed. The house was left clean and tidy each day and was always great to come home to see the quality of workmanship done. I would absolutely recommend Pete and his team to all looking for a quality builder.
